Denise Headlee is an accomplished business owner, esthetician, artist, educator, and practical nurse. The founder and owner of ONE. Skin Care Studio (opened in 2017), a mother of three, a fiance, and a lover of nature, yoga, festivals, tap dance, and naps, Denise embodies her business’ mantra of beauty from within. 

Driven by her passion to help women see their own beauty, Denise uses her 18+ years of experience in the beauty industry and extensive post-graduate training at the International Dermal Institute to meet women where they are in their skincare journey and offers every client a unique and customized experience. Denise understands the connection between your skincare challenges and every woman’s desire to feel beautiful, both from within and on the outside. With patience and kindness, she strives to help clients understand their skincare challenges and skin health, offering practical advice and instruction on how to maintain a realistic skincare routine in the real world.  Denise and the ONE. team take special care to understand your skin concerns, ensuring your treatments are targeted and catered to your exact needs.

Together with ONE. clients, each holiday season is filled with opportunities to share love and gratitude with local families through fulfilling their Christmas wishes. 

Denise’s greatest desire is to help women see their own beauty, recognizing that it is not an outward appearance but something that is inherently within themselves. She believes every woman has value and beauty, requiring nothing more than to be your beautiful self.

Meet Alex, ONE.’s Office Manager. She is the first person You will probably see when you walk in the door at ONE. Her kind smile and sweet demeanor will instantly put you at ease. She has Bachelor’s in Business Administration and keeps the office organized and running smooth and efficiently. Alex loves to spend time with her husband and family. Speaking of family, you have probably met her sister, Oddy! Her downtime is spent being with her dog, finding locally-owned coffee shops with her sister, or doing home renovations with her husband. Alex is so happy to help you schedule your appointment or assist you at ONE!

Jennifer is a talented Esthetician with 5+ years experience. She is also certified in permanent makeup, including: eyebrows, eyeliner, freckles, as well as lip blushing! 

She specializes in full body waxing, dermaplaning, and customized facial treatments. She loves to help clients achieve their skincare goals while still offering relaxation and pampering. “I love focusing on inner beauty as well as helping clients feel renewed and excited about their skin.”

Her heart belongs to her 2 rescue dogs and husband. She enjoys traveling, New York City, gardening, bird watching, and an early bed time.

Alora has 16+ years of experience in esthetics. She specializes in customized skin treatments, relaxation facials, and full body waxing. You are sure to love her sense of humor, compassionate heart and gentle touch!

Alora is married and enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren. She loves planting flowers, Sams club, finding good sales, and the beach!
